Hmmm… me. A fellow traveler, walking my path to what is true and loving within me, while learning to honor your path to what is true and loving within you. I love to sing; I am blessed with an expressive, powerful and tender voice that I happily share. My greatest passion and vision is seeing every person on this planet learning how to take incredible care of themselves because they know they are worth loving. I work alot in the physical and emotional realms, helping people connect to their feelings and bodies and music is  a beautiful doorway into their hearts.

Sooo… I created “Loving YourSelf Healthy”, which is a way to gently guide people into caring for themselves and making natural, whole and healthy food/life choices.
“Happy to Be Alive” is a music program for the senior community, to wake up those bodies and hearts through music and love.
“In Tune With Food” for kids of all ages to learn about food, where it comes from, how it's raised and who does that job. I want to see fresh, local and whole foods in our schools, hospitals, nursing homes, everywhere! What a shift in energy this planet will have….
